To be able to board the flight that you booked, check-in at the desk of your airline. We recommend that you inquire about the official final Check-in times early from your airline or your travel agent. By the way: If your flight leaves very early in the morning, with some airlines you can also check-in already the evening before.

To check-in you require your identification card or a valid passport as well as a visa depending on the country of destination. Naturally you also need your flight tickets. You then check-in your entire baggage, with the exception of your hand luggage, and receive a boarding card. Your reserved seat is marked on this as well as, in most cases, also the gate to which you then proceed.
