Health Tips
Drink enough during the flight. Mineral water is best or unsweetened fruit juice. Avoid alcoholic beverages.
Stand up from time to time and walk a few steps. Distending and stretching exercises also contribute towards keeping the circulation going.
Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothes.
Especially on long-haul flights a thrombosis prophylaxis is advisable. Consult your general practitioner.
Fatty foods, coffee, black tea, cola and alcohol are not well tolerated during a long flight, because they deprive the body of additional liquid. Instead drink mineral water and unsweetened fruit juice.
